The proper management of periodic but frequent tasks is essential
to the overall quality of your restroom program. If left to chance,
important cleaning tasks are done only sporadically, if at all.
The Team Clean periodic task scheduling program (see example chart
below) is designed to schedule, assign, and track tasks as they
become due and are completed. These tasks are applied more frequently
and aggressively to our exclusive Spotless Restrooms Program.
We’ve also supplemented this program with what
we call a “Fresh Eyes” approach each day to find new
and improved ways of performing our job duties.
