Team Clean ownership and management is directly involved in the
day-to-day operations of the company, making it easier to resolve
issues and initiate new programs and processes rapidly, without
the usual delays experienced by large firms.
To underscore this direct involvement of ownership and management,
all sales, operations and quality assurance functions reside in-house.
These functions are spearheaded by the President, Donna Allie,
and her talented support staff.
Because Team Clean is committed to providing quality services
with quick response, each facility is operated by a Project Manager,
whose number one priority is to provide the best possible service
to the facility. Our knowledge and experience, augmented with
an intense desire to build a quality company, with an outstanding
reputation, is the bedrock upon which our success is measured.
On-site Supervision and Accountability
Team Cleans organizational structure is designed to provide
customers with maximum value, consistent, high-quality service,
and make optimum use of our management talent.
Team Clean employs specially trained and supervised teams dedicated
to each of the five specialized market segments:
Team Clean places great emphasis on on-site leadership
(Project Managers) and team-based performance, complemented with
a regional Operations Manager. The Project Manager at each client
location performs multiple tasks daily to ensure compliance with
the clients scope of work. Moreover, this individual plays
a valuable role in establishing (and maintaining) good client
relations, which creates and fosters a bond dedicated to achieving
mutual objectives.
On a daily basis, the Project Manager will perform the following
tasks:
The
Operations Manager ensures that we are meeting your needs while
maintaining Team Clean quality standards. This manager is required
to have excellent technical knowledge and strong team leadership
skills. The Operations Manager performs monthly inspections and
is a critical liaison between service employees, Team Clean management,
and the facility manager.
Quality
Control Systems
At
Team Clean, we understand that quality service is achieved by
exceeding our clients expectations every day.
Our
goal is total customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
To do this, we must clearly define what you expect from us, develop
specific cleanliness standards by which our employees will perform,
and measure the results. These standards will be clear, concise,
and measurable to allow us to track our performance against your
service requirements.
Regular
inspections are a vital part of quality control and are designed
around your requirements. We jointly establish parameters for
each cleaning area during our initial service installation. An
evaluation of the condition of the facility along with baseline
quality objectives are specified at the outset. These objectives
become the benchmark for all future inspections for each individual
area.
Our
quality control program includes:
 |
Daily inspections by the Project Manager |
 |
Monthly inspections and performance review
by the Operations Manager |
 |
Quarterly inspections by an independent Quality
Control Inspection Team |
 |
Random inspections by Team Clean corporate
management |
Staying
Proactive
Team Clean is in the business
of providing janitorial solutions. A key element to our success
is taking a proactive approach to identify challenges and offer
solutions. Our proactive stance manifests itself in many ways.
For example, consistency in service delivery requires a dependable,
stable employee base. A corporate goal is to maximize employee
retention, rendering a more knowledge based, experienced and efficient
employee resulting in consistent outstanding service. We enjoy
an 82 percent employee retention rate among employees having worked
at least one full year of service - an amazing statistic, and
testimony to our team building and leadership qualities.
Lines of Communication
Frequent
communication is a key element of our project management team.
Our Project Managers are readily available to handle any client
request. We make it easy for you to communicate with us. Our staff
members are equipped with two way radios and Team Clean provides
mobile phones to members of our management team to facilitate
rapid and timely communications for situations that require an
immediate response. With radios, mobile phones and e-mail, were
never out of touch.
Training
Programs and Strict Hiring Standards
Team
Clean is also proactive when it comes to improvement to Training
and Quality Control programs. For example, our Fresh Eyes
concept to job approach is designed to instill a sense of pride
and ownership for employees to have in their daily maintenance
tasks. Supervisors and hourly workers become goal oriented by
finding new, better and more efficient ways of completing their
assigned tasks.
In addition to assuring the safety and security
of fellow employees and clients through extensive background checking
and testing, Team Clean has established a range of new-hire orientation,
on-going training and performance assessment capabilities that
are focused on retaining employees who take pride in the work
they do.
Further, to recognize talent
and to respond effectively to client needs, we have established
an internal skills bank, built on the range of talent across our
workforce. Our labor sourcing capabilities and our willingness
to invest in the development and dignity of our employees contributes
to the stability and dependability of our workforce as well as
our pricing and service competitiveness.
Team
Clean acts in the strictest compliance to several laws governing
contract service to governmental agencies, including:
 |
The Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988 |
 |
The Service Contract Act of 1965 |
 |
The Rehabilitation Act of 1973 |
This
places Team Clean into an extraordinary category: Just 5% of all
businesses in the United States do work for the federal government.
As such, Team Clean qualifies as a Public Law 95-507 Federal prime contractor and small business sub-contractor for prime contractor vendors seeking Federal markets for their products and services.
