Citizens Bank Park, home to the Philadelphia Phillies, is a major league baseball stadium that requires large numbers of janitorial personnel to effectively clean and sanitize all areas of the facility following each baseball game. Maintaining such a large and well-trained work force for this operation can be difficult, owing to the seasonality of major league baseball.
