Team Clean has established strategic relationships with several large prime contractors that have determined it is to their benefit and that of their clients to sub-contract janitorial services. Our business model provides the needed flexibility to easily interface with large prime contractors and deliver, in their behalf, sub-contracted janitorial solutions. With multiple levels of service intensity and specialized solutions, such as Spotless Restrooms and Green initiatives, Team Clean affords prime contractors with pricing flexibility.
Team Clean has access to a labor pool of individuals who perform as highly responsive and adaptable site-base teams, enabling prime contractors to quickly “heavy up” on staffing, if needed.
Team Clean will always have a Project Manager at each site who is the point of contact for Prime Contractors and is responsible for full performance and client accountability. In addition, the segment Operations Manager will perform monthly inspections and reviews to ensure that all your needs are met.
Team Clean is a socially responsible minority- and woman-owned business enterprise, providing prime contractors with P.L. 95-507 compliance for large government contracts.

Team Clean offers three levels of janitorial services to accommodate differing service requirements. These levels are designated as A, B, and C cleaning standards, each with its own corresponding pricing value. Irrespective of the cleaning standard, however, is our forthright commitment to implement our Spotless Restrooms program at every building under contract.

Solution Level A defines the highest level of cleaning service intensity, and encompasses a broad range of daily and periodic maintenance functions which ensure executive quality cleaning solutions.

Solution Level B defines the normal or mid-range cleaning service intensity, and encompasses the normal range of daily and periodic maintenance functions required.

Solution Level C defines a price-sensitive cleaning service intensity that encompasses basic and necessary cleaning functions, usually performed at less frequent intervals than the preceding solutions.

* All three levels of cleaning solutions are priced using an area metrics formula that can isolate the respective cleaning value for selected areas within a building (e.g., classrooms, library, auditorium, etc.).
