Position Available: Operations Manager, Team Clean, Inc.
General Duties:
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of
the business to ensure continued success and growth. He or she is responsible
for managing the site supervisors for all municipal and private contracts.
Responsibilities
include but are not limited to:
- Managing Client Relations-
address client concerns/question and generate new business.
- Supervises Site Managers to
ensure they have the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to fulfill their
responsibilities.
- Manage the Financial component
of operations including maintaining and ensuring adherence to budgets.
- Make use of best practices to
ensure efficient and accurate processes are established to maximize
productivity and profits.
Qualifications:
The ideal
candidate will possess:
- Good interpersonal skills
- 5 years experience as a Manager
- 3 Years experience as
Operations Manager
- Process oriented
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written
communication skills
- Strong computer knowledge
- Excellent ability to multitask
- Valid PA Driver’s License and Car.
